CAPITALIZATION OF PROGRAMME SUPPORT
The capitalization views of the programme support and implementation of funded projects can be seen as the key elements of the good and sound development of Cross-Border Cooperation. These questions are raised up during 2013 and not only for the benefit of local communities, stakeholders and beneficiaries, but also to serve the preparation of the next programming period. The process that aims to capture positive and negative signals of the current programme support consist of four phases (more information in Capitalization of South-East Finland-Russia ENPI CBC support). As the first phase the information and feedback from the ENPI CBC project beneficiaries is gathered by publishing the questionnaire of eight key dimentions identified by the capitalization methodology.

The questionnaire is available during the timeline 27.3.2013-31.5.2013 (in MSoffice 2003 and 2010) for all beneficiaries: Lead Partners, Partners and Associate Partners. Questionnaire submission deadline is 31.5.2013 to enpi(at)ekarjala.fi.
