According to the Programme implementation rules the Managing Authority was responsible for publishing Annual Reports every year. Reports were approved by the Programme's Monitoring Committee and by the EU Commission. The final report was approved by the Monitoring Committee on 8 September 2010 and by the European Commission on 27 June 2011. |
